中国数字经济创新创业指数（IRIEDEC）是一套能够科学评估各地区数字经济发展水平的指数体系，聚焦于企业主体的创新创业行为，关注数字经济四个核心产业的企业创新创业活动，利用北京大学企业大数据研究中心整合的企业大数据库，从企业进入、投资行为与创新产出三方面评估地区数字经济发展水平，描绘了我国数字经济领域的创新创业活力版图。从新建企业数量、获得外来投资、获得风险投资、专利授权、商标注册和软件著作权登记六个维度共计八个指标测度了2010-2020年我国各地区（省、市）数字经济领域的创新创业活动强度，对各地区数字经济创新创业绩效做出了精准评估。 (2021-12-17) ***版本3更新**** 更新IRIEDEC在城市-年份层面的面板数据。针对城市层面，分为两种计算方法：1. 将直辖市当做独立城市（数据标题包含prefecture-municipality）;2. 将直辖市的各个区当做独立城市（数据标题包含prefecture）。针对维度测算，分为两种计算方法：1. 利用指标总量进行测算（数据标题包含_level）;2. 利用指标人均值进行测算（数据标题包含_percapita） (2021-2-25)
