The CRowd Extracted Expression of Differential Signatures (CREEDS) web portal allows for the querying, downloading, and visualization of unique and valid single-gene perturbation signatures, disease vs normal signatures, and drug perturbation signatures extracted from a crowdsourcing project to annotate and reanalyze gene expression profiles from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO).
