Metadata with Semantic Resources
metricFsF-I2-01M: Metadata uses semantic resources. A metadata document or selected parts of the document may incorporate additional terms from semantic resources (also referred as semantic artefacts) that unambiguously describe the contents so they can be processed automatically by machines. Test: 1) Vocabulary namespace URIs can be identified in metadata. 2) Namespaces of known semantic resources can be identified in metadata.
