FsF-F1-01D: A data object may be assigned with a globally unique identifier such that it can be referenced unambiguously by humans or machines. Test: 1) Identifier is not resolvable but follows an UUID or HASH type syntax. 2) Identifier is resolvable and follows a defined unique identifier syntax (URL, IRI).
