ML-R1.4-02M: Metadata includes information about ML model dataset collection process. Test: 1) The origin of the data is described. 2) A link for downloading or obtaining the dataset is described.

Principle: R

Rationale: The collection process and the origin of the dataset should be described in the metadata, including a link to access it. A description of the dataset origin is sufficient if it contains sensitive information that cannot be published. Moreover, the transformation process of the dataset should also be included.
