Principle: I

Rationale: Linking an ML model to its related entities (used libraries, platforms, parameters, datasets, configuration file for execution, etc.) will increase its potential for reuse. The linking information should be captured as part of the metadata. Is possible, persistent identifiers should be used for the corresponding related entities, such as ORCID for contributors, DOI for publications, and ROR for institutions, etc.
