{"id":813112,"projects":[196],"description":"Actionability Working Group aims to inform decisions concerning return of secondary genomic findings and polygenic risk scores by development of evidence-based assessments of clinical actionability. Actionability Adult and Pediatric Working groups have the following goals: a) Develop rigorous and standardized procedures for categorically defining secondary genomic findings’ and polygenic risk scores’ clinical actionability, which includes evidence of clinical interventions that can improve health outcomes. b) Engage the community to nominate genetic conditions for clinical actionability scoring. c) Produce evidence-based reports, semi-quantitative metric scores, and actionability assertions using a standardized method. d) Make actionability resources publicly available to aid broad efforts for prioritizing genetic conditions with the greatest relevance for clinical intervention. e)Maximize the impact of clinical actionability evidence across diverse populations.\r\nACTIONABILITY CURATION INTERFACE supports all the steps of actionability curation including, creating an actionability topic with the nominated genes-conditions, early-rule out process, evidence curation, defining outcomes and interventions, scoring and generating assertions. This application has an API centric design to support all the data operations. ACI generates unique identifiers for each of the actionability topics and maintains versions to capture the snapshot of a document. Historic versions are accessible via unique URLs and users can download actionability content in JSON and TSV formats. ACI also publishes messages to the ClinGen Data Exchange to notify curation events specific to  an actionability topic.","image":"","tags":"ClinGen, Clinical Actionability, Actionability Working Group, Adult Actionability Working Group, Pediatric Actionability Working Group","type":"","title":"ClinGen Actionability Curation Interface","url":"https://actionability.clinicalgenome.org/ac-priv/","authors":[1410],"rubrics":[]}
